Terms of Service

Account Eligibility: Our services are available to registered Canadian businesses only. By applying you confirm you represent a legitimate operating business.

Account Approval: Applications are reviewed at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at any time.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We may modify or cancel orders due to availability.

Pricing: Prices are provided via price lists and on invoices. Prices are subject to change based on your customer group and market conditions.

Order Cutoff: Orders must be placed before the posted daily cutoff time for next-day pickup.

Minimum Orders: Minimum order values may apply to your account and will be communicated upon approval.

Orders must be picked up from our Calgary location. The pickup address is provided upon account approval. Please pick up within the agreed timeframe.

Invoicing: Invoices are issued after order fulfillment. Payment is due within the terms on your invoice (typically net 15 or net 30).

Payment Methods: We accept e-transfer and credit card via Stripe.

Late Payment: Accounts with overdue invoices may have ordering privileges suspended until the balance is resolved.

Credit Limits: Credit limits are assigned at our discretion and may be adjusted based on payment history.

Quality Claims: Notify us within 24 hours of pickup for any quality issues. Claims after 24 hours may not be accepted. Credits are applied to your account for approved returns.

To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, Rana Wholesale Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to make timely payments, or engage in conduct harmful to our business or other customers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
